Our family has been coming to Pildes Optical (Now West Side Vision Care) for over 30 years and can't recommend them high enough. Jay and all of the staff are lovely to work with and beyond accomodating. Recently, our 12 year old daughter was fitted for contacts and everyone there was so supportive of her learning the process. I was a person, not just someone sitting in the chair. Back out front, a super nice woman named Kenya was patient and informative with me as I made the choices of frames, progressives, etc. She carefully explained all of the billing, my insurance coverage, and the costs and benefits of different potential upgrades.
